Getting Started — HOC Newinbosch

Step 1 — Request Your Access

Email a screenshot or photo of your latest levy statement to contact@newinboschhoc.co.za. Just your name and Erf number need to be visible — you can black out everything else.

This is how we confirm you're a genuine Newinbosch homeowner before granting access. Once verified, you'll receive a personal invite link by email.

Step 2 — Open Your Link & Set a Password

Open the personal link we send you and choose your own password. Your username is always your Erf number — you don't need to remember anything else. The link is one-time use and expires after 7 days, so use it as soon as you get it.

Step 3 — Get Your Member Card

Right after you set your password, your digital HOC member card appears automatically — with your name, Erf number, and a QR code linking back to this site.

Download it as an image and save it to your phone's Photos.
Bookmark your permanent card link too — it never expires and always shows your current card.
Add it to your home screen (Safari or Chrome → Share → "Add to Home Screen") so it's one tap away, just like an app.
Bring your HOC member card with you to our monthly Jour Fixe meetings.

Step 4 — Using the Website and Tracker

Log in anytime at the Meetings and Minutes pages, as well as newinboschtracker.app, with your Erf number and password to access minutes, recordings and documents, and to:

Report an issue — maintenance, security, landscaping, or anything else affecting the estate.
Track its status as it moves from Registered → Work in Progress → Solved.
Browse Meetings, Minutes and Contact pages for everything else the HOC is working on.
